Using the store.
HOLD / FORM provides information about independently designed hair accessories and related order services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its functionality or other visitors. Product photography is intended to present form and color accurately, though colors can appear slightly different according to screen settings.
Products and orders.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Adding a product to the tray does not reserve inventory or create an accepted order. We may decline or cancel an order because of a listing error, stock issue, delivery restriction or suspected misuse. Product materials, dimensions and care notes are provided in good faith and may be refined without changing the essential item.
Checkout demonstration.
The PayPal-labelled button currently completes a demonstration confirmation flow only. It does not process a payment or store payment-card information. A future live-payment integration may carry additional terms from the relevant payment provider.
Delivery and returns.
Delivery estimates and return eligibility are described on the Delivery & Returns page. To the extent allowed by law, HOLD / FORM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the products or store. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates.
We may update these terms as the store, collection or applicable requirements change. The current version is posted on this page. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
