UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2026
Information we collect.
When you submit an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the items you choose. If you contact us about an order, we receive the content of your message and any supporting information you choose to send. We may also receive limited browser and visit information, such as browser type, approximate region, pages viewed and visit time, to maintain the storefront and understand technical errors.
How we use it.
We use order information to confirm, prepare and deliver an order; communicate dispatch and customer-service updates; and handle a replacement or return. Aggregated technical information helps us improve site reliability and readability. We do not sell your personal information or use order details to create unrelated advertising profiles.
Checkout demonstration
The PayPal-labelled button in this version of the store is a demonstration only. It does not collect live payment credentials or process a charge. If a live payment provider is introduced later, its own privacy information will be presented with that checkout method.
Sharing and retention.
We share the minimum delivery information required with logistics and shipping partners. Service providers helping to host, manage orders or provide support may process information only to provide that service. Order records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer service, accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Contact us using the email associated with your order and enough detail to locate it securely. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. Updates to this policy will appear on this page.
