Orders are usually prepared within one to two business days. Standard delivery is a flat $4.99 USD per order, whether you choose one clip or several. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier service selected; the estimate shown by the carrier is not a guaranteed appointment time.
Destinations and tracking
We currently accept orders for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France. When your parcel is dispatched, we send an update to the email provided at checkout. Local taxes, duties or import fees, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Returns that make sense.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with an order number and a clear photo. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement or refund path before asking for a return.
Change-of-mind returns
Unused pieces in their original, clean condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and condition reasons, clips must be free from wear, hair product residue and damage. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping is not refundable after dispatch.
Care and longevity
Most clips last best when kept dry, stored separately from hard metal jewelry and wiped free of hairspray or styling residue after use. Do not leave acetate or resin pieces on a radiator, dashboard or other heat source. Material-specific notes are listed on every product detail.
